Simms Housing Project
Simms Apartments house 4-5 residents, who have been chronically homeless. Residents receive case management and supportive services. Staff help residents with medical appointments, comparison shopping and crisis intervention. In addition to a history of homelessness, residents must have a mental health diagnosis or health concern that is a barrier to finding and maintaining permanent housing.
