What is Home Visitation?
RFTS home visitation services provide helpful information and support to pregnant women, new moms/dads and other caregivers in the comfort and privacy of their own home. These visits help build strong nurturing relationships with your children to ensure they grow up healthy, happy, and safe.

Who will come to my house?
RFTS home visitors are called Designated Care Coordinators. They are professional, qualified, registered nurses, and licensed social workers who work and live in the community they serve. Topics discussed during the visit are selected by you, based on issues you identified as an interest.
